Completing a Project on your Property?

Be sure to submit your ARC Form!

The Colonies at Wilde Lake Homeowner's Association is responsible for maintaining the look, feel, culture, and architectural integrity of the neighborhood. All exterior alterations to your home must be approved! As a rule of thumb, if you’re considering bids to have work done (roofing, installing shed or play structure, painting outside, etc.), you should be submitting an ARC form. When in doubt, please ask.

The approval form must be filled, submitted to the Architectural Review Committee and approved before work begins. Reviews can take up to 30 days, although small projects (painting, roofing, etc.) can generally be approved in less than seven days.

For zoning and environmental concerns, including those not covered by ARC rules, please access the Henrico County website to address a concern or complaint.
