The Colonies at Wilde Lake is a 318-home neighborhood situated in the Short Pump area of Henrico County, Virginia. Properties in The Colonies at Wilde Lake are assigned to Nuckols Farm Elementary School, Pocahontas Middle School, and Godwin High School.
Homeowners' Association
The Colonies at Wilde Lake Association (CWLA) is a Virginia corporation of which all homeowners in the The Colonies are members. Additionally all homeowners in The Colonies at Wilde Lake are also members of The Wilde Lake Association (WLA) which maintains Wilde Lake and the surrounding land and docks. Membership in both of these organizations is mandatory.
